Last week it was my birthday. I got really excited about going to

the shops to buy the doll I wanted for my present.

        She is just what I wanted. So I didn’t mind when she wasn’t a

surprise when I opened the present. I was still excited.

     Thank God for presents.

      I got so excited when I sent out the invites for my friends to come to my party.

      Everybody knew it was birthday on Friday and I was having a party.

     Thank God for parties.

     In two weeks we are going to the seaside for a few days.

This is my favourite place.

      I can’t wait to make a sandcastle.

      And swim in the sea

     And fly our kites.

    Thank God for holidays.

     I’m really excited about Christmas and hearing the story of the baby Jesus.

     The shepherds got excited when the angels told them about Jesus.

     Everyone got excited because Jesus came to show us God’s love.

      Thank you God, for Jesus.
