Enter this space, with a desire to come before God with all you have, to unload the issues of the week and to ask God to take the burdens.

Then come to the food of the cross with only one thought “to give God our full attention and worship him alone”.

Lord God, we welcome you in to our presence;

 help us to be changed by you and know your will for this world.

give us the strength to work and the boldness to serve you in allthat we do.

Come Lord fill us with your Spirit, use us for your glory we pray
